Haas looking good…
For the first time this year Tommy Haas has rattled off a couple of very good wins. After defeating Andy Roddick in the second round (and surviving the Roddick temper-tantrum), Haas beat Andy Murray this evening to reach the quarterfinals at Indian Wells. Haas has struggled mightily with a shoulder injury this year, but maybe this will be a turning point for him.
He has spoke of retirement in the news, but he has continued to practice hard here at the NBTA. This was an excellent win for him, especially since he lost the first set. It showed that he was not only fit and able to play, but that he was mentally prepared for the match. Next up for Tommy: Roger Federer (good luck!!)
