Krajinovic practicing with Malisse at Academy
Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy student and Serbian tennis sensation was on-court today practicing with longtime NBTA pro Xavier Malisse. Krajinovic and Malisse we working on the hard-courts and both looked good. At the age of 17, Karjinovic is already ranked #518 in the world in the ATP rankings and has been as high as #6 in the world in the junior rankings. He reached the semifinals at both the 2008 Junior Wimbledon and 2008 Junior US Open. When at the Academy, Filip is coached by Nick Bollettieri, David “Red” Ayme, and Chip Brooks. He also travels with NBTA coach Pablo Mayorga. He is one of the best young talents in the world, and we are very excited to watch him progress in the next couple of years.
